With a background in brand design, content creation, and digital storytelling, Riley brings a perspective that feels current, considered, and just the right amount of unhinged (in a good way).
She’s the founder of Baby Disco Studio and the brain behind Girlypop. Two worlds built on the same idea: that things should feel good, look good, and actually connect. Across brand identities, social content, and creative direction, her work lives in that sweet spot between intentional and effortless, with a sharp eye for what’s current and worth sharing.
Approach
I don’t do cookie-cutter. I don’t do “this is what’s trending so let’s copy it.” Design, for me, is all about feeling. If it doesn’t make you feel something immediately, we’re not done yet. I’m here to create brands and spaces that are a little unexpected & impossible to ignore.
When it comes to community, I’m basically in my “hostess with the mostess” era. I care about the energy just as much as the aesthetic. It’s not just about getting people in the room, it’s about making them feel like they belong there. And life? Same rules apply. I’m following what feels aligned, romanticizing the little things, and trusting my taste like it’s a personality trait (because it is). I’m not here to do things the “right” way, I’m here to do them my way. A little chaotic, very considered, and always with a touch of magic.
